Although this website is primarily focused on music, a new decision has been made which aims to promote aspiring Palestinian artists of every genre to display their abilities and talents.

Therefore, if you are Palestinian, wherever in the world you live, and you have been blessed with an artistic talent of any kind, submit your art and it will be showcased on this website!

Who will be published here?

Any art or talent which has a format that can be posted on the world wide web is welcome here: photography, drawing, painting, music, film-making, poetry, prose, graphical art, sculpting, you name it … the possibilities are endless!

It doesn’t matter whether you live inside or outside of Palestine, whether you speak Arabic or not, whether you are Palestinian or half-Palestinian, what your religion is, what your political preferences or views are, what your age is, and whether your art is already known to an audience or not. Accepted languages for now are Arabic and English, but exceptions may be made to this.

Who will not be published here?

A few criteria will exclude your art from being published here: blasphemy, nudity, verbal indecency, pro-zionism, racism, and any other objectionable element in your work which is considered either disrespectful, or harmful to the Palestinian cause.

Apart from these criteria, our website reserves the right to refuse publication also on account of us not finding your artwork interesting enough to be featured. We will deal with this rather sensitive issue as respectfully as we can, but don’t forget that in the world of art, this is part of the game! Surely, you understand that it is in the interest of this website as well as of the featured artists to maintain a certain level of quality.

How will my art be published here?

If you think your work deserves to be seen, it is very simple: contact the webmaster through the form on the bottom of this website. As subject, write: ‘Art Project’. Fill in the necessary information about yourself and about your art in the message box, and you will be contacted!

Usually, you will be featured in the form of an interview, which gives you the chance to tell the audience more about yourself and about your art. The good thing about this, is that such an online interview is reproducible by other websites and can be used for future reference, so that it gives you a chance to establish yourself as a recognized artist.

Why will my art be published?

Palestinians deserve more recognition, more possibilities to be seen and heard, and more opportunities to be able to showcase their talents. The Musical Intifada will be proud if it can contribute to this in any constructive way thinkable. We have unlimited disk space, and would love to make it available to any Palestinian artist in the world.

What else?

That’s it !! If you know you have the talent, and if you generally get positive responses from those who know you, why not try your luck? Just get in touch, and hopefully you will be able to find yourself published on our website soon!

One more thing: share this page with everyone you know! Palestinian artists may be everywhere, you don’t always know what talents your friends have. The more you share this page, the more chances you are creating for Palestinians to make use of this opportunity. Share it on Facebook, Twitter, via email, and any way you can!
